  1. Introduction

Welcome to Suportr League UK C.I.C. Limited (“Suportr League CIC”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website https://suportrleague-cic.org (the “Site”), including any information, materials, features or services offered through it.

By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use immediately.

Suportr League CIC is a registered Community Interest Company (limited by guarantee) committed to delivering public benefit through community engagement, local economic uplift, and fan-driven civic participation.

  1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • “Content” means all information, text, designs, graphics, media, logos, structure and layout presented on the Site.
  • “EOI” means an Expression of Interest submitted through our online forms.
  • “You” / “User” means any visitor accessing or interacting with the Site.
  • “Third-Party Services” includes Forminator, analytics providers (including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel), email platforms, CRM systems, cloud hosting providers, and other integrated services.
  1. Use of the Site

3.1 The Site is provided for informational, community engagement and EOI-collection purposes only.

3.2 You agree that you will not:

  • breach any applicable law or regulation;
  • interfere with the proper operation of the Site or attempt to bypass security protocols;
  • extract, scrape or harvest content or data for commercial use without our written consent;
  • misrepresent your identity or submit false information;
  • use the Site for any activity that could reasonably be interpreted as harmful, unlawful or misleading.

Suportr League CIC retains the right to restrict or withdraw access without notice if misuse is suspected.

  1. Submission of EOIs

4.1 By submitting an EOI, you warrant that the information provided is accurate and genuinely yours.

4.2 Submission of an EOI:

  • does not constitute creation of a user account;
  • does not establish a service contract or guarantee acceptance into any programme;
  • authorises us to contact you regarding CIC activities, local opportunities, SME onboarding, or related initiatives.

4.3 We may refuse, delete or decline an EOI at our discretion.

  1. Intellectual Property (IP Rights)

5.1 All Content on the Site is owned or licensed exclusively to Suportr League UK C.I.C. Limited and/or Likkletek Limited, the top-level licensor of the Suportr League intellectual property suite.

5.2 You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to view and use the Site for non-commercial purposes only.

5.3 You must not:

  • reproduce, distribute, copy or mirror any Content;
  • adapt, modify, translate or make derivative works;
  • use our trademarks, branding, structure or materials without explicit written permission.

5.4 All rights not expressly granted here remain reserved.

6.1 The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations, guarantees or warranties—express or implied—regarding accuracy, reliability, completeness, availability or suitability of any Content.

6.2 While we endeavour to maintain an accessible and secure Site, Suportr League CIC does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted operation
  • error-free performance
  • immunity from viruses, malware or harmful elements
  • permanent availability of any features or content

6.3 Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, commercial or professional advice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Suportr League CIC, its directors, employees, licensors and partners shall not be liable for any:

  • indirect or consequential losses;
  • loss of opportunity, goodwill, revenue or business;
  • loss arising from viruses or malicious code;
  • reliance placed on any informational Content;
  • third-party service failures or data breaches outside our reasonable control.

7.2 Our total aggregate liability arising from or connected to use of the Site shall not exceed £100.

This limitation is fundamental to the provision of the Site and is accepted by you as a condition of use.

  1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suportr League CIC against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses and actions (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

  • your misuse of the Site;
  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your infringement of any third-party rights;
  • your submission of misleading, unlawful or harmful data.
  1. Third-Party Services

The Site integrates external services including:

  • Forminator
  • Google Analytics
  • Meta Pixel
  • Email / CRM providers
  • Cloud hosting environments

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or data handling practices of these providers.

Your use of such tools is also governed by their respective privacy notices and terms.

  1. Data Protection

Our use of personal data is fully described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice where:

  • you breach these Terms;
  • misuse is suspected;
  • continued access poses operational, legal or reputational risk.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

  1. Amendments

We reserve the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
