Limited<\/strong> (\u201c<strong>Suportr League CIC<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>we<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>our<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>us<\/strong>\u201d). These Terms &amp; Conditions govern your access to and use of our website <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/suportrleague-cic.org\">https:\/\/suportrleague-cic.org<\/a><\/strong> (the \u201c<strong>Site<\/strong>\u201d), including any information, materials, features or services offered through it.<\/p>\n<p>By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use immediately.<\/p>\n<p>Suportr League CIC is a registered <strong>Community Interest Company (limited by guarantee)<\/strong> committed to delivering public benefit through community engagement, local economic uplift, and fan-driven civic participation.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Definitions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For the purposes of these Terms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u201cContent\u201d<\/strong> means all information, text, designs, graphics, media, logos, structure and layout presented on the Site.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cEOI\u201d<\/strong> means an Expression of Interest submitted through our online forms.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cYou\u201d \/ \u201cUser\u201d<\/strong> means any visitor accessing or interacting with the Site.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cThird-Party Services\u201d<\/strong> includes Forminator, analytics providers (including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel), email platforms, CRM systems, cloud hosting providers, and other integrated services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Use of the Site<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>3.1 The Site is provided for <strong>informational, community engagement and EOI-collection purposes only<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>3.2 You agree that you will not:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>breach any applicable law or regulation;<\/li>\n<li>interfere with the proper operation of the Site or attempt to bypass security protocols;<\/li>\n<li>extract, scrape or harvest content or data for commercial use without our written consent;<\/li>\n<li>misrepresent your identity or submit false information;<\/li>\n<li>use the Site for any activity that could reasonably be interpreted as harmful, unlawful or misleading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Suportr League CIC retains the right to restrict or withdraw access without notice if misuse is suspected.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Submission of EOIs<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>4.1 By submitting an EOI, you warrant that the information provided is accurate and genuinely yours.<\/p>\n<p>4.2 Submission of an EOI:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>does <strong>not<\/strong> constitute creation of a user account;<\/li>\n<li>does <strong>not<\/strong> establish a service contract or guarantee acceptance into any programme;<\/li>\n<li>authorises us to contact you regarding CIC activities, local opportunities, SME onboarding, or related initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4.3 We may refuse, delete or decline an EOI at our discretion.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Intellectual Property (IP Rights)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>5.1 All Content on the Site is owned or licensed exclusively to <strong>Suportr League UK C.I.C. Limited<\/strong> and\/or <strong>Likkletek Limited<\/strong>, the top-level licensor of the Suportr League intellectual property suite.<\/p>\n<p>5.2 You are granted a <strong>revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence<\/strong> to view and use the Site for non-commercial purposes only.<\/p>\n<p>5.3 You must not:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reproduce, distribute, copy or mirror any Content;<\/li>\n<li>adapt, modify, translate or make derivative works;<\/li>\n<li>use our trademarks, branding, structure or materials without explicit written permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5.4 All rights not expressly granted here remain reserved.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Disclaimers<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>6.1 The Site is provided on an &#8220;<strong>as is<\/strong>&#8221; and &#8220;<strong>as available<\/strong>&#8221; basis.
